The Toyota Innova is a 7-seater MPV manufactured by Japanese automaker Toyota. It is produced in Indonesia under supervision by Toyota Astra Motor since 2004. The Innova is part of Toyota's IMV program together with the Hilux pickup truck and the Fortuner SUV.
The Innova is designed to replace the Toyota Kijang, an MPV sold in Indonesia since 1977. The Innova is also sold in Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, India, South Africa, Vietnam, Russia and other countries.
The Innova is available in three trim levels: Base, G, and V. It is powered by a 2.0-liter gasoline engine or a 2.4-liter diesel engine. The gasoline engine is available with either a 5-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic transmission, while the diesel engine is available with a 5-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic transmission.
The Innova has a length of 4,785 mm, a width of 1,830 mm, and a height of 1,795 mm. It has a wheelbase of 2,750 mm.
The Innova was facelifted in 2009 and again in 2012. The facelifted model features a new front grille, new headlamps, new taillights, and new alloy wheels.
